Unfortunately it has come time to part with our little mate Fletcher.
He is a rising 3 year old Miniature Horse stallion. We have always been meaning to get him registered, perhaps gelded, and harness broken but we have never actually found the time to do so.
He is a great companion, even to mares, as long as he cant reach ;) and has spent most of his life free range at Lington Park Agistment (now closed). He is very good with other horses, dogs, cars, people, kids etc but of course he will raid the feed shed if the door is open, or will stalk the feed wheelbarrow if he sees you coming.
He is only halter broken but will walk/trot/canter next to you as you lead him and there has been a number of times when kids just couldn't resist and have sat on him or been lead around on him, none of this has fazed Fletcher and I don't think it would be hard to take the next step and actually 'break' him in, if desired.
He is an absolute character and thinks he is one of the big horses and many people will have fond memories of him galloping around with the herd.
He is in good condition, and has matured in the last 12mths and has developed into a very nice looking mini horse.
He is great to handle/trim/float etc and will only be sold to the best of homes as we are not in a hurry to see him go, but would like him to go somewhere that he will be used for something or at least have daily attention like he did back when he was at the agistment centre.
He comes with lots of rugs including winter, summer, neck rugs, under rugs etc.
Haven't measured him, but been told he is very small for a mini. The other horses in the pics are approx 15 - 15.2h as a rough guide
$500 neg to good home
